Energy Practitioner Training Content Volunteer Form

Thank you, everyone, for your response to our video last week asking for volunteers to participate in our energy practitioner training materials and content. We are blown away by the enthusiastic eagerness from our community, and certainly did not expect to have over 1000 volunteers reaching out to participate.

For our first group we are going to pick about a 10-12 people who are available to come out to Westlake Village, California on a near-weekly basis to learn in-person, let other students in the group learn with you on the table and participate in the filming of our training content.

We want to let you know that we are committed to finding ways to include as many people as possible over time. While we are not able to feature everyone in these first groups, everyone who fills out this questionnaire will be considered for future opportunities.
